CRASH ON THE ADVANCE IN CAREER MODE

every time i try to advance my career mode, the game crashes and exits to the dekstop immediately. this issues keeps happening and prevents me from continuing my progress, ANY ONEE HELP MEE PLEASEE I CANT PLAY AGAIN
