Cross Progression from PC (Steam) to PS5

Recently, I've decided to purchase a new PS5, and was thinking about buying EAFC 25 for the PS5 as well. I bought it on pre-sale in Steam, and levelled up my player in Clubs (I only play Clubs). My question is: If I buy EAFC 25 again for the PS5, and link my current EA account (This one, the one that holds my data for Steam EAFC 25), will I be able to continue to play Clubs using all the stuff I currently own? (Rankings data, character, level already maxed, etc) Or will I have to start over again...? You know, character level 1... Have to level up all over again...
