Deleted account in FC25

My account in EA FC25 game have been deleted. EA can you help me to solve it? How can I get it back? I have only create new account option in game

      Hey Khasikh​ if the old save is gone and you have started a new one then we would not be able to retrieve it.

      Generally in situations like this you will need to use the new save.
