CR7 TOTS card missing from UT squad
I have had this issue today, I played a match at 630, made myself some food and came back to find that my 97 TOTS CR7 had been removed from my team. I spoke to 3 advisors on the chat and quite frankly these people epitomise what can only be described as some sort of DARVO approach to customer service. I've never experienced gaslighting and lying in the way the EA chat agents operate. Agent 1: Claimed the player would be back in my squad with a restart (Wrong) Agent 2: Claimed that there was no hack on my account, but it was a technical glitch and said if he could add the player back he would but unfortunately he can't nothing more he could do but he opened an investigation with "game team" no further explanation of the investigation, when it would conclude or how they would contact me when I asked about this he dropped the call. Agent 3: Said he was looking into logs of packed players, said I didn't pack the player, I gave him the exact time of packing him (my son took a photo at the time to send his mate so I had timestamped evidence) he then said I was lying, so I sent the picture of the card with the digital info w/ date included, he continued to say I was lying and he was looking at the logs, when I asked him to send me the logs he said they are private and for internal use. At this point I assumed what he was doing was looking at players in my club and seeing the acquired date when I challenged him he sent me a link to download basic account info (name, email etc) and dropped the call. Agent 4: Closed the call as soon as it began. I get it with these people that they probably have people trying to scam them constantly however their approach is pretty terrible and I'm genuinely shocked that more isn't made of it, the game being crap can be put down to EA losing their core developers and I sympathise somewhat with that but the customer care team operate in a way that is so far behind the times, a genuinely disgusting front for the company11Views0likes0CommentsDisappearance of Real Players in My Ultimate Team Squad - FC 25
Dear EA Support Team, I am facing a critical issue in FC 25 Ultimate Team: several real players (cards I owned in my club) have disappeared from my active squad and have been replaced by concept players. It seems as though they were used in an SBC (Squad Building Challenge) or put up for quick sale, but I did not perform any such actions. Issue Details: Platform: PS5 EA ID: MLYON_1300 Game Mode: Ultimate Team Approximate Date and Time of Issue: Today 12h UTC+2 Description: My owned players in my active squad have vanished and were replaced by concept players. I did not submit any SBCs, perform quick sales, or make any squad changes. I have not authorized any actions that would remove these players from my club. Actions Taken: I checked my transfer history, SBC submissions, and club, but there’s no record of these players being sold or used. I also restarted the game and checked the Companion App, but the issue persists. Request: Please investigate this issue urgently and review my account logs to confirm no unauthorized actions were taken. I suspect this may be due to a bug or synchronization error. When I try to enter the Ultimate Team, this message appears: A Title update for ea sports fc 25 is available and required to enter ultimate team to get the lastest title update you can re-lunch the game and accept the tu download when prompted I tried changing the language, changing the DNS, deleting the game, deleting the EA app, and changing the account, but it didn't work. on the pc version of fc 25 and every team of the season card, evo, description, anything that has the team of the season card design is not showing. instead I see a black and grey design with "not found" at the top, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired game files, deleted ut squads and nothing has worked yet. Hey everyone, A number of us in the community have run into a frustrating issue during the current Champions Finals objective in FC 25. The objective requires you to play 15 Champions Finals matches to earn a 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Player Pick reward — but for some players, a game-breaking problem has made this impossible to complete. During one of the 15 matches, players are randomly being kicked from the game with the error: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.” This error forfeits the match, counting it as a loss, and prevents progression toward the 15-match requirement — even if all 15 matches were attempted fairly. Important Points: There is no issue with players’ internet connections — the problem appears to be server-side, likely on EA’s end. This effectively locks players out of the 93+ Player Pick, through no fault of their own. It’s especially frustrating because the issue happens mid-match, after matchmaking, wasting time and effort. What We’re Asking: Recognition of this issue from the development/support team. Restoration of progress for affected players, or ideally, Compensation in the form of the 93+ Player Pick or equivalent rewards for those who completed 15 matches but were blocked by this server error. Guys, it’s been a week! Ea just acknowledged the issue and did nothing! Entire week went by, ultimate Tots went by, champions finals went by! I do not have my compensation ! I got disconnected from champs in the 12/13th game meaning I was unable to get the rewards from the objective " Play 13 Win 13". I also received none of my rewards from champs and it's very frustrating, The disconnection was at the end of the game just before the "match rewards" part, and i got disconnected. It didn't count towards the play 13 challenge therefore i missed out on the 1 of 5 pick. Considering the disconnection wasn't from me, it was from EA's side, surely i am entitled to compensation.
