I Didn't get Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition on steam (PC)
I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition on steam which includes the Premium Season Pass I clicked Redeem Ultimate Edition in the Steam I did got the all point's but still no Premium Season Pass I’ve already tried Resetting the game & Change language to English and Other languages nothing worked and i talked with EA help chat and Their response was : Thank you for reporting this! Please know that a lot of fans has already reported this issue and we’re aware of that this is a known problem ongoing with FC26. This is being investigated currently by our team and they are working diligently to try to find a fix. We completely understand you want this resolve as soon as possible and rest assured that the team is prioritizing a fix for this issue. Please know the appropriate rewards will be credited once this has been resolved. For any updates regarding this, please follow our Twitter/X or check the in-game announcements. We greatly appreciate your patience, we’re just as eager to get this sorted! Help FC25&FC26 problem
Hello, I am experiencing the following issues in EA FC 25/26: 1. When setting graphics to Ultra, the environment, stadium, grass, and lighting appear correctly, but the player character, clothing, and hair physics do not change and remain at a lower preset. 2. Sometimes the game crashes while playing. My PC specifications are: - CPU: Intel i5-4570 - GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 - RAM: 16 GB - OS: Windows 10 I would like to ask: - Is this account locked in any way that prevents graphics or physics from being fully adjustable? - Are these issues related to the account itself or my system settings? - Is there a way to fully enable Ultra settings for the player character and physics? Additional note: I am currently playing FC26 on a **different EA account**, so any tickets sent to EA using that other account may not be related to this account. My fut26 account has been hacked over 800-900k gone . When I logged into my account all my tradeable players were sold and my coin balance was only at 9k and now a market ban for the rest of fc how can I get them to resolve this as I had no involvement in this! why would I let someone take over 700k from my account? Когда я открываю играть - моменты - галерея после гружусь 3 секунды и после выдаёт ошибку: Ошибка соединения с серверами FUT. Пожалуйста попробуйте позже. Так же похожие ошибки есть и в трансферном рынке когда я нахожусь от 2-5 минут просто вылетает и выдаёт ошибку. Так же я не могу зайти в список наблюдения, так же выдаёт оишбку. И так же незнаю что делать в Squad Battles у меня не разу не появились особая команда за больше чем 2 недели игры. Пробовал много способов, но не один не помог. will all my progress be safe?
i dident know about the risks of linking xbox accounts to ea and messed up really bad. i unlinked my xbox account from my old ea account and connected it to my new ea account i suddenly lost all my progress on all my ea games so i tried to link it back and it said i have to wait six months but even if i link it back in six months will that ea acccount have all its progress on FC25 AND PVZ GW2 etc or has all my years of work gone down the drain because of a simple mistake?? Please help me get my progress back ill do anything.
FC26 Objectives not closing
I completed all challenges in the "Path to Pro" objective but it says I still need to complete the "Diving In" objectives. I completed that objective and it still shows that I need to complete it. I restarted the game and my Xbox over multiple days and it still show incomplete. Has anyone else seen this?Missing 24,000 FC Points
I purchased 12,000 FC Points via Argos a UK Retailer, I redeemed the code fine via xbox. I have contacted xbox regarding and they have confirmed everything is fine via their end. The code has been redeemed successfully, they told me to contact EA if they don’t appear within 24hours. They haven’t appeared. I then purchased another 12,000 via Argos. Entered the code and the same issue has occurred. This is a EA side problem occurring, XBOX confirmed the codes are working and redeemed fine. I have transcripts and proof of this via email from them. Please help, 2x 12,000 fc points and they aren’t in my account 24 hours has surpassed with the first 12,000. What do I do? Live chat advisors aren’t any help from yourselves.
