Nvm I solved it myself, thanks anyways..
All I had to do is create a new profile and everything will have been restored
Community Manager@SerkanIbr Your settings file is located in this location if you would like to make a copy of it C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) If it's not available in the game you will have to create your settings again.
If the game was closed suddenly it may have been damaged. We don't have an option to restore it.
