Didn’t receive my points!

Hello,

I bought 3400 fc25 points and didn’t receive any! I directly went to the store and bought the fifa ultimate edition to receive some points. 

Now, when i bought the ultimate edition i just received the included points with it and no any packs and my 3400 points that i bought doesn’t appear at all! 

could you help asap ? I attached the pic of the purchasing and it’s details!!

    Hey @Ulexev,

    I see the issue about the 3,400 points you've bought. You bought points for FC 24 instead. Unfortunately we can't help in bringing those over. I'd reach out to PlayStation to see if you can refund those points so you can buy them for the correct game.

    You’re right about the 2800 and 500 points but i bought 2x 100 points , i’m not receving any of them why ? 

    and please reach out with ps if i can refund my points or if there’s a way that i can transfer my points from fc24 to 25 

    please i’m waiting for your response for both issues why it’s not coming ( the hundreds points ) + the fc24 bought points

    @Ulexev,

    I can't reach out to PlayStation on your behalf, you'll have to reach out to them yourself if you want a refund on those FC 24 points. There are steps to contact them here.

    Looking at your images, at least one of the 100 point bundles you bought is also for FC 24. As for the other, if you haven't received it, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team for help. They can make sure you get those FC 25 points.

    @Ulexev Me to I just bought points worth 45$ because I bought 3 times but nothing showed up of the points i bought
