I have just bought EA FC 25 and everytime I try to run the game, it crashes and I get the "DirectX error" message. After trying everything recommended to do by ea employees and others, It still doesn't start, is there anything I can do to start the game? Otherwise I'm going to have to ask for a refund. Here is my dxdiag.
