directx function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_access_denied

I had this at the exact same time and had never had it before! I thought it was my career save.

I repaired the game and it fixed it. 

I thought it may have been the Nvidia overlay so turned that off but I think it was the game that had an issue.
