Hey halfarda Is your Steam client installed on the same drive as the EA app, or have you changed the installation path? Please try resetting your password and check if your details are correct on your profile. Additionally, make sure to run both the Steam and EA apps as an administrator.

Both are on the C) drive, but in different folders. One is program files (x86), the other is program files.

I tried the method I saw on the internet of clearing the license folder and then re-correcting the EA cache, but it did not reinstall the licenses, ı think the error occurs because of this license folder.

Could you also create a new Windows admin account and test the game on it?

My main issue concerns the license folder not being automatically restored after its files were deleted. Although my account is active and in good standing, the license files are not being reinstalled.

Those files are created after launching the game. That's why I wanted to check if you can launch it from a new account.

Okay, I transferred the license files from the Users folder to my main account and it worked. Thank you so much! I had uninstalled and reinstalled the game 8 times over the past 3 days, and your advice finally worked <3”
