Does deleting and reinstalling the game affect my saves?

Recently been having a problem where my game randomly freezes my PC and forces a restart. Tried every solution that I came across so far but to no avail. Final solution I had was to delete the game and reinstall it.

Will it affect my local saves (example. Career Mode)?
