Suspended for 7 days or banned perm???

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem understanding the status of my ban, i won't be here to say the reason for the ban because there will be those who will going to believe me and those who don't and so i think it's just a waste of time looking at the oter forum discuss, However, on 01/21/25 i received an email mentioning that my EA FC 25 online has been suspended for 7 days, and obviously for now it can't be clearer than that, but, if i access to my ea account to see the history of ban or suspensions itn tells me that i have a ban active without defining any end date. 

I tried already to contact the support via the dispute page, but knowing ( and seeing through other forums) that they don't remove bans from anyone, i was just asking if the ban is permanent or temporary, but apparently it was sent automatic messagges without even reading what u write in the complaints. 

Now, the real funny thing is, i'm Italian (so sorry for my bad english) and if i check my email, it says suspended for 7 days, if i check my account on the italian EA page it say LOCK ACTIVE and if i go to my account on the English EA page it say ban, so 3 different action in 3 different portal, LIKE W*F. 

am i banned forever, am i suspended i can't understand!!!
