- First of all, regarding your statement "it seems like the fix with the update didn't work", please tell us what exactly was supposed to work from what was mentioned on Trello in the addressed issues with this update? This statement would be somewhat acceptable if the issue was mentioned/addressed in the patch notes, but this is not the case. Therefore, you publicly lied to everyone that the "issue was already addressed in title update 2" when obviously was not the case as proven by your trello board. To start with this statement in such a delicate topic from a legal standpoint it just proves that you have no idea what you are doing. *Note: This is not a personal offense, I am just putting together 2 and 2 and this is the result.
- Secondly, especially after reading your response on this matter, I can say with all my confidence that you do not understand neither how frustrating this issue is or its severity.
- *"Please watch your language" Really not much to add here than I already mentioned in the above points, just proves lack of understanding of the situation, both for the players and for EA's public appearance.
- Last thing I want to address from your comment "hopefully we can get to the bottom of this asap". As I already mentioned in my previous comments this is the type of thing that can be resolved in a matter of hours, especially by a company with your capabilities. The fact that this is still ongoing, shows once again how much EA cares about its playerbase.
@EA_Vendcera I tagged you once again for the final words. Trust me, I know exactly what the issue is and why all these people are getting the error message and you know it too. I know you cannot publicly state it, but EA messed up, and again to make sure you guys understand, I know exactly how. You also know exactly how to solve this asap (asap is a very strong word considering that it's already been so long for many of us). Get this message to your colleagues/superiors and end this charade today ASAP.
