Ea FC 25 opens as Showcase mode since the newest update

So I bought EA FC 25 on Steam about a week before the release of the game. Everything was fine until the newest patch update that happened 5th December 2024. Now every time I enter the game it opens as Showcase mode with an upgrade button on bottom of my options. It’s been about 2 weeks and still nothing. Paid for the game that I can’t play.

Tried the EA support many times but they gave me some random technical support such as restart your router or reinstall the game and it all gave nothing.
