Hello EA_Aljo​ 

I used the link you gave me, started the process, and it says "hang tight, we're taking a look". I waited for over 3 hours without touching anything, and it still said the same thing. My phone screen shut off at this point, and when I reopened it, the page refreshed and is back on the select your game page. I do not understand what is happening, and how am I to know if it is working or not?

You can load into the game and see if you have a token. If you don't, try using the tool again, but use a PC or put your browser into desktop mode. Let's see if that helps.
