I tried using the tool again and unfortunately, still nothing. It was over 6 hours, and the screen still displays that same message. It does not say that I am not eligible, it just doesn't seem to be able to do anything. I checked on my console, and I didn't get another token. I may just have to give up at this point, because the amount of time that it is taking is an inconvenience. I can live without the token, so I guess I will just take the loss. Again, I genuinely thank you for trying to help me, and I wish you nothing but the best!

Can you try a different device? Have you tried a PC or are you only using a mobile device?

I don't have a PC that I can use for this, my only other option would be to sign in through the in game messages link on console, but then I wouldn't be able to play the game during that time. 

You're not playing while checking for a draft token anyway so I don't see an issue with that. Also, did you try changing your browser to use the desktop version? If you're not using a Chrome browser, try that as well.

I am using a Chrome browser, I'll give it another try today after completing the sbcs and objectives, hopefully I'll be reporting back with good news. Thanks, all the best to you!

Also, try using an incognito browser and be sure to put it in desktop mode. I'm heading out for the weekend in a few hours so if I don't respond today, I will on Monday. Good luck and have a good weekend!

I've tried everything but still no results besides the same hang tight message for hours on end.

Ok. The best I can advise then is to try a different device. I really don't know why it's not working for you.

EA_Aljo​ I did it on my console as well, and kept it on all night, being sure it didn't enter rest mode, and had the same result. I am confused by this too, and I can't find many things online in terms of videos or posts that concern others using the tool. You are the only one who has tried to help me with this, and so I've kept on trying, hoping I would be able to get you the assist. I was over it until I got disconnected from 2 separate squad battles matches, and now I can't get elite 1 this week because I am 1900 points short. I really can't afford to keep losing out on rewards at this stage. Again, thank you for responding and trying to help me through this, and I hope that some changes are possible when it comes to involuntary disconnection situations. All the best to you!

The draft token tool should work very quickly. You shouldn't have to be waiting like that. I really don't know what the issue is for you. I'm also not seeing other reports of this.

As far as disconnecting goes, if it happens frequently, we can go through some troubleshooting. If you want to do that, run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

I am playing on ps5 and do not have ps plus subscription, so I can't play the modes that are listed as applicable. Which is why I am so desperate when it comes to losing the rewards. Would it still work in my case?

Never mind then. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here?

EA_Aljo​ Wireless. I am sure that I don't have the best internet service, but I can't do much about that. I just wish that whatever system is allocating my rewards based on my gameplay could tell that I personally am not disconnecting from the server, or would just force me to finish the match from the point that it was interrupted, no matter what. Because it feels harsh and unfair to be given 0 points and a forfeit based upon something I didn't do. I was winning both matches, and I received less points than I would if I would have lost. I can only hope someone hears me, or I guess I'll just be dealing with this issue in perpetuity. 

I think that's probably the issue then. Unfortunately, it's not one we can help with. You may want to look into getting powerline adaptors. Those are a good solution when your router is too far for a wire.

I understand you're not purposely disconnecting. Since that's not something we can detect, we have to issue a loss for disconnecting. Otherwise, people would exploit this to get out of a potential loss.

I understand that people would exploit it, just wish people who have integrity wouldn't have to suffer because of those who lack it.

I'm not aware of any issues currently. We would need to go through connection troubleshooting to rule out any connection issues.

No, I have not. I pretty much gave up on this, as I guess there aren't enough users reporting this for it to be investigated. I still haven't even played draft since.
