dualsense

I purchased the EAFC 25 on Steam, and when I try to use my PS5 DualSense connected with a USB-C cable, it works. Everything works fine when I'm in the menus, but when I enter an Ultimate Team match, the controller doesn't work and won't let me move my player. Can someone help me, please?
