Duplicate email
Stuck in a mindless loop.
My lad turned 13 he’s been unable to connect to EA servers.
Now having purchased the EA FC25 Ultimate he cannot acces FUT for his FUT points. We get stuck in a mindless circle of resetting password or changing a ‘duplicate email’ - we don’t get verification codes sent. You just pull your hair out wanting to talk to someone!!!
When he set up his EA account he cannot remember his email - as kids do he most likely made one up.
Someone help without telling me to change his email etc as this leaves you in the above loop.
I just want to recover his account to an alternative email address so I can claim his FUT
points and bonus features!!

For this it would be best to speak with support so they can take a look and help update any old account details. Sorry you've had some trouble getting through.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.
