EA anticheat has detected an incorrect configuration - error 96

I installed EA FC 25 yesterday for PC. Booted it up this morning and got kicked out of the game after a couple of minutes saying that the EA anticheat has detected an incorrect configuration. 

I tried uninstall EA anticheat and reinstalling the EA anticheat, but got the same problem. I don't have any 3rd party anti virus on my computer- only Windows security. Windows security doesn't appear to be blocking any EA processes.

I have tried every work around i could find online, along with all of EA's suggestion, and nothing works. So right now I'm stuck with a game that I'm completely unable to play.
