It happens same to me. Tried everything about enable/disable steam inputs and EA overlay what used to be a solution in October. I use generic controller and it works on every other game on PC, and it worked on EA FC 24.
And the worse part is that now controller is not even recognised, only keyboard and mouse, and even with that stuttering happens and in Division rivals I lose control of players, they start running straight of the pitch and I can not defend.

Please fix this EA.
