Ea app is not Installed problems

Hi EA Support,

I purchased EA Sports FC 25 on Steam, but I cannot launch it. I keep getting this error message Please start the game from Origin or the EA Application.

I already installed the EA App and I am logged in. I cleared the cache, ran Steam and EA App as administrator, and verified the game files on Steam. Everything looks fine, but the issue still happens.

Also, when I try to launch the game from EA Anti-Cheat directly, I get another error saying: You have not installed the app

Please help me solve this so I can play the game.
