EA cannot handle your request after a Win

Winning 4-1, game is over, and I get "EA cannot handle your request", and I get disconnected and get at loss. This only happens after a game, and when I have won. This has happened 6-7 times I...

EA, this is just laughable. 

Last time I will buy this game, it is not worth it anymore.
