ea cf 25 missing content ultimate team store rush packs disappeared

steps i have taken to fix problem:

check internet connection- no issues

turned  playstation 5 off and on- no issues

still able to purchase in store- no issues

talked with ea chat my problem currently has no fix

purchased steps 1-3 of 4 steps per the guidelines of the packs to continue with the store unlocking mechanism

4th pack disappeared from store ea help chat verified i purchased the 3 packs leading up to the 4th pack which would contain 3 91+ ovr players

store shows my previous purchases from 2 days ago as 0 remaining but still in store, the 3 packs i purchased today doesnt even show in store which the ea help chat verified that it wasnt showing in my store even though they can see i purchased the packs

the packs i opened were as stated as:

( 19m 19s ) Visitor: Opened > Rush Midfield Fantasy Pack - Joe Thomas - Kobe Wilson - Monroe Mills. (pack 1/4)

( 19m 35s ) Visitor: Opened > Rush Midfield Pack - Andy Katzenmoyer - Derwin James - Kydran Jenkins. (pack 2/4)

( 19m 51s ) Visitor: Opened > Rush Midfield Booster Pack - Rueben Bain Jr. - Hunter Henry - Savion Williams. (pack 3/4)

when i was about to purchase pack 4/4 it showed what the contents would be which is 3 91+ ovr players, which then disappeared from my store.
