Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? I'd recommend the steps listed here on our website. This should improve things for you.

Could you test it on a different network? Additionally, try performing a clean boot of your PC to ensure all background applications are closed.

Hi I am also having this same issue. It loads into Ultimate Team but then I get that pop up message too. I had no trouble loading into FC a couple hours ago. But now it seems to be stuck with this message.

This issue began at content time 19:00 CAT 29/07/* EA_Pulsar
The issue is 100% on the server side , please may you confirm this with the technical team and provide an update here on the next steps
I have confirmed this by logging into 3 different profiles on 3 different devices , with three different connections
I have also attempted all troubleshooting steps available as well as the clean boot
