EA Connect

How do I leave an EA Connect party. Every time I go on EA FC 25 and try to play Ultimate Team with my friends on discord I can't hear them at all because EA enters me into my own "EA Connect" party where I'm the only one in there. It takes all the audio priority from my input and output. I can't hear any youtube videos or my friends on discord. I'm just in a fifa party BY MYSELF THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO BE IN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Please someone help me figure out how I can leave or disable my mic or something.
