EA Directx function error

I did everything since 3 weeks ago my game keeps crashing I updated/reverted my drivers  I deleted settings file  I played windowed mode Installed Directx C++ Did a hard reset for my pc  Tried ...

    The error you are seeing is one relating to your GPU @mooNzHero, the best thing to do is a clean install of your GPU drivers. 

     

    You also need to ensure that you:

    • Turn on vsync
    • Perform a clean boot before attemting to play the game
    • Ensure you have power supply capable of meeting the demands of your hardware while it is under heavy gaming load
    • Set all in game graphics settings to low in order to reduce the stress on your GPU.
    • Set the high performance preset in your GPU control panel, as opposed to the high quality preset.
    • Run your video card at stock speeds (memory and core). This is also important for players with factory overclocked cards. This will require some third party software such as EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner etc.

    @EA_Darko i have the same problem with a 7800xt its not his gpus fault its ea's fault and there is no fix until you do something on your side

      Hey @Rock222333999 the error is not an EA one but rather related to the GPU. As such this is something that you need to troubleshoot and not something that we can fix on our end.

        @EA_Darko Ive spoken to multiple advisors and most of them said it was on their end and there should be a fix soon, theyve been saying this since release tbf so are probably lying if it still hasnt been fixed. Is there any other troubleshooting i should do, ive installed the game on different drives, cleared ea app cache, used ddu for graphics drivers, deleted profiles in game, used lowest settings and vsync on, deleted and reinstalled the ea app, used previous driver versions, bios up to date, disabled and enabled xmp, played with and without a controller, ran app as admin, tried clean booting, repaired game files and tried using a different windows profile, none of these worked and my pc runs fc24 perfectly and every other game ive ever tried. It has to be on Ea's side unless there is some magic solution multiple advisors and google searches couldnt tell me

    Hi , I've Already done everything that has been written nothing works for me and I doubt its my PC fault because as I said previously , all the other games and software run smoothly.

    I cant even refund the game at this point  I just spent my money on nothing 

    is there any more solutions to this problem?

      Hey all, the error you are seeing is not EA related but system. If the recommended troubleshooting is not helping then you can speak with your GPU support to see what they can recommend.

        How can it be my GPU when people with different GPUs are having the same problem? FC25 is the only game i have a problem on and im unsure how it would be my graphics cards fault.
