i have the same issue and it has to be something wrong with the game, not my PC. I have 2 accounts, 1 on Steam and 1 on EA Apps, while the game from the EA Apps account works perfectly fine (I had to downloaded the game twice from separated folder since the game wont let you play both the EA account and Steam account on the same file) , I cannot play the game from the Steam account, the screen always goes black when I'm getting in a match, no matter Kick Off, , Squad Battles or Rivals. So this cannot have anything to do with my connection or hardware. HELP ME PLEASE EA!
