Im on Desktop PC and i already tried to follow the Steps but it didnt work
I have done all the steps and am still having this black screen issue.

Make sure to check your router settings. This was the fix for a similar thread we had on our forums LINK
I have done all the steps you have said and I am still getting a black screen. I have missed so many rewards because of this. You guys need to fix this issue and give us compensation.
