Community ManagerThe black screen error often occurs when the minimum system requirements are not met or when important updates are missing.
I recommend resetting your existing settings by deleting the settings file located at C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25. (Note that the AppData folder is typically hidden, so you may need to change this in the View dropdown menu.)
Additionally, ensure that your Windows system and all drivers are up to date. It’s also a good idea to run a clean boot to close any unnecessary programs running in the background.
