So i think i found a fix for me, at least temporarily, maybe itll occur later again. i uninstalled the game and also deleted the ea fc 25 folder located at C:\Users\UrName\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25. Maybe this will help you, be sure to save your careers and settings (in the settings folder) in a different folder in case that itll not get restored when u download the game again
