EA FC 25 can't change Formation

Playstation 5, EA FC25, 2 Bugs:

1: I cant change players in the formation on some teams. If I select a player with X and want to swap him with another player in the formation, nothing happens. Only occurs on some team, not everyone. The problem only occurs, after I changed Players stats in the settings. I already uninstalled the game, all game savings, deleted the PS5s Cache and installed the game new. Fixed it, but after editing players the Problem occurs again. Bug occurs in the menu and on carrer mode, I don't play ultimate Team.

2: If I change something in the tactics (on those Teams where it works without bug #1), the game doesn't save those changes (for example: swaping Players, changing formation, etc.) after closing the game and starting it again. When starting EA FC25 all tactics are back to standard.

Game and Playstation operate on newest Software Update. Bugs occur since release of the game.
