EA FC 25 CRASHES AFTER 2-3 MINUTES

Hi, just downloaded the game and cannot play. When i start the game, after 2-3 minutes it closes down without saying any error. Also if i do nothing and stay in the menu, the game crashes. I've tried to update all the drivers, tried to add the antivirus exception, tried to delete the Ultimate Team in the web app.... Nothing works, the game still closes.

The file integrity verification via Steam says that 3 files are missing and that will be downloaded, but everytime i do that, it continue to say the same so maybe nothing is downloaded at the end.
I saw so many other topics about this, but none of that solutions have worked. Thank you so much

EDIT: This only happens when the games connect to EA online servers. With offline playing it doesn't happen
