EA FC 25 do not run due to directx function error On PC

On opening the app, while loading, i get the error attached DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET all troubleshootings done, windows update, graphic card and driver upd...

  1. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
  2. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
  3. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
  4. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

Minimum
OS - Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(AMD) - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i5 6600k
Memory - 8GB
Graphics Card(AMD) - RX 570
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 1050 Ti
Direct X - 12
Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps
Hard Drive Space - 100 GB

A mi me sucede lo mismo, y pobre todo tipo de solucion que encontre actualize la grafica que es una 6800xt y procesador 5600x y no me funciona  realmente necesito ayuda hace poco compre el juego y no lo puedo disfrutar me frusta mucho.
