EA FC 25 game absolutely unplayable!!! I wrote about 10 complaints here for support. But EA ignores me, the game has lag and crashes. THANK YOU

Hi
i can’t play squad battle, draft and barely rivals. Everything is fine until the kickoff and then it crash and shuts down FC25.
only thing I can play is rush.
any who have experienced any of this or is the problem by me.
I really don’t know.
going crazy over it now because it started in the weekend and now it’s Thursday
some who might have a solution to my problem. I’ll be really grateful if someone knows what the problem is.
Or is just to wait on EA someday will fix it ?
