ea fc 25 puts me out of fullscreen mode

While playing division rivals, the game randomly decides to put me on windowed mode, while that change happens, i have a black screen for like 10 seconds. If i press alt+enter, the game goes back to fullscreen, but my fps drop drastically and the game becomes unplayable. If i restart the game, it goes back to normal, but it is not normal do have to restart after 2 or 3 matches played.

I had this bug in ea fc 24 too, that is why i stopped playing that game. Please help me fix it.
P.S:The problem is not my pc, i changed my components and they are at least good enought to run ea fc 25 in 4k resolution.
