Ea Fc 25 Season pass

I have had this problem with my PS5 Ea fc 25 season pass that i cant use it because it says that the Season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass. I think it started from december at christmas eve 24.12.25.when i got new console and tried to play the game so i noticed i cant use the season pass.
