EA FC 25 stuck at FC25 Splash screen

I bought the utlmate version and tried all ways from EA guides but still not able to log into the FC25

It keep showing the splash screen and return back to the EA app.

I even sign up for the EA game pro but the same problem.  If it still can let me log into the game, I would like to have a full refund for the EA game pro and also ultimate team fc25.
