No ea APP error (Steam)

Hey 

everytime I try to open EAFC25 it just becomes stuck in a black screen and an error pops out saying "no EA app" and the game crashes right away, I've tried every tip already and nothing worked and I also saw some people recently having the same issue

Thanks for flagging this to us. We are looking into what's going wrong here and it would be super helpful for our investigation if you could please provide your EA app Error Report ID.

You can find detailed instructions in our EA Help article: How to use the EA Error Reporter in the EA app.

Please just copy the Report ID and post it here in your next reply.

Can I also ask you to make sure that you're not running the game or EA app with administrator permissions? We've checked with our team and that could apparently cause some issues launching the game. Here are some quick instructions:

1. Right-click the game .exe or EA AntiCheat .exe.
2. Select Properties.
3. Open the Compatibility tab.
4. Make sure “Run this program as an administrator” is unchecked.
5. Also select “Change settings for all users” and confirm it is unchecked there too.
6. Select Apply/OK.
7. Restart Steam/the EA app, then try launching the game again.

Can I also ask if you could simply try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, if that helps? AshDavis2500​ FreeJeans533​
