EA FC 25 ultimate edition not appearing in library after redemption

FC25 Ultimate Edition not available in Library.
Just redeemed a code for FC 25 Ultimate Edition and it is currently not showing in my Library.
The code is valid and it should provide 7 day access before official launch.
Did a full restart and run as administrator for EA App and it will still not show.
Anyone got the same issue or know of a fix?

Same problem, and also if i enter to buy it again, it not possible Ultimate Edition, only Standard or Ultimate Loyalty Edition.

I got this from Customer Support:

"I wish to inform you, that whenever you make a purchase on your EA account generally it gets updated immediately however, the standard time for the content to get updated is maximum 24 hours. So, I would request you to please wait for 24 hours from the time you have made the purchase to get the goods updated on your EA account"

I received a code for

EA SPORTS FC 25 - ULTIMATE EDITION - EA APP
Platform: PC (EA App)
Region: Worldwide

and it successfully redeemed in my EA App. However the game hasn't appeared in my library. Subsequent redemption attempts of the code says it has already been redeemed.

After contacting EA Help we attempted to clear the cache, log out and login to the EA App, and reinstall the EA App. But unfortunately the game has failed to appear in my library and help has asked me to raise a bug here on the forums in case anyone else has this!

I got the same problem. I have spoke to an EA agent and it says that is a general problem, so we will have to wait.

Yeah, just finished a chat with an advisor and they said, we need to wait for the game to be added to our libraries
