EA FC 25 ultimate edition not appearing in library after redemption

Purchased Ultimate edition and it shows in my EAdata that i own the game but it does not appear in library. EA_Blueberry: Removed all caps from post title

    Hey everyone! I want to clarify this specific issue.

    Our team has thoroughly reviewed this. If your game doesn't appear in your library after redeeming the code, even after clearing your cache and logging out and back into your account, we strongly recommend contacting the retailer from whom you purchased the game for further assistance.

FC25 Ultimate Edition not available in Library.

Just redeemed a code for FC 25 Ultimate Edition and it is currently not showing in my Library. 

The code is valid and it should provide 7 day access before official launch.

Did a full restart and run as administrator for EA App and it will still not show.

Anyone got the same issue or know of a fix?

@LordCreativex it seems, the EA experience is more something like : you must pay, for a game you might receive on a date that we cannot confirm...

    I pay 100 euros to play on day one and it doesn't load the game in the library, and they can't fix this problem, seriousness.

      Same issue here.  This is what I get for not going with Steam I suppose.  Won't make that mistake again.
