Unlinking an EA account

Hello,

I am trying to play my FIFA game through Steam, but it requires logging into my EA account. The problem is that my Steam account is already linked to an EA account that I created in the past, but I no longer remember the email address used for that EA account.

I only remember the EA username: Jonas-Abdo.

Since Steam allows only one EA account to be linked, I cannot connect a new account. Because of this, I cannot access the game.

Could you please help me recover the EA account linked to my Steam account or help me identify the email associated with it?

If needed, I can provide my Steam ID and any other information to verify ownership.
