Okay, I am on Hp laptop, I don't know if it can work for everyone,
analyzing the processes it seems that there is an error with the SECOCL.exe file which is related to the audio driver.
Disabling it will not affect the computer's audio. I did it and solved the problem.
I hope it will help:
Press Win+R
type services.msc and run
search for Sound Research SECOMN Service
right-properties-disable-terminate-apply and restart the pc.

I can't find Sound Research SECOMN Service in services.msc
Is it possible it could be by any different name

Try disabling the ipv6 from your network adapter properties
After trying the vpn solution i also tried it and it seemed to fix it for me maybe it works for you too
