EA FC 25

Hello today I will tell you about a problem I have in EA FC 25. After entering the game and selecting my account in the personal settings menu, the game image does not appear on the screen but the background sound comes and I cannot solve this for 3 weeks. I tried everything but it did not work. Please help me. I cannot play the game.
