My career modes have all disappeared

I just spoke with the EA help live chat and they directed me here to ask for help. After downloading yesterday’s update on FC25, i noticed that all of my career modes had vanished, both player and manager. I found this quite a shame as I had made spreadsheets and such and had taken my career modes very seriously. does anyone know how i can get them back/ prevent losing them in the future
