Hey I was recently loading into a fut champs game and then my game got blacked out didn’t load me in somehow I was in a game and I needed 1 more win to qualify and now I can’t play what can we do please help this is unfair

Are you seeing an error of any kind? What platform are you on?

literally I was playing my qualification games. Everything was going smoothly until the last game I joined and all of a sudden it went black screen for about 5 to 10 minutes then I closed the app and then logged back in and I didn’t qualify due to that being my last game I needed to win Bear in mind, I was still connected to Internet

Hey @xxtherealsajxx there is nothing that we can do to change the outcome of that game.
If you continue to see issues I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps for your system and games crashing.
