I play Ultimate Team regurarly and I noticed that opponents I play against are “helped” to win. Their players are inexplicably empowered, they can run faster, they can pass with maximum accuracy, they can score easily while my players are simply always behind. It’s not the way I play, believe me. It’s not about my way of controlling the players, it is something weird with the gameplay experience overall.
