Subject: Urgent – All Troubleshooting Steps Completed (BBB Complaint Filed) – Still Not Fixed

I am contacting you again regarding my ongoing EA AntiCheat issue.
I want to clearly explain that I have already completed every possible troubleshooting step on my side, and the issue is still not resolved.
Here are the steps I have done:
Reinstalled EA AntiCheat completely.
Reinstalled the game from scratch.
Repaired game files multiple times.
Updated Windows to the latest build.
Installed all security updates (including KB5068861).
Updated drivers and ensured Secure Boot & TPM are enabled.
Tried running the game as Administrator.
Cleared cache and temporary EA files.
Disabled all overlays and background apps.
Restarted PC after each attempt.
After doing all these steps, the problem still exists. This clearly shows the issue is not on my PC, but on EA’s server-side AntiCheat profile.
Because EA Support repeatedly sent me the same copy-paste instructions without any real investigation, I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
My request is simple:
Please escalate my case to Level 2 / Technical Team,
because I need a full AntiCheat profile reset from your servers.
This is the only remaining solution.
