EA FC25 error after launch

Hello! I can't play the game for almost a month because after every start I can't get past the part shown in the attached picture and without any error message it freezes here and doesn't load even ...

@Bojler621 Hi there. Please also try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.). In case the old one has ben damaged somehow.
