EA FC25 Web App

Hey @Mazk07 Have you played any games on this account in Ultimate Team mode to unlock it?  

I bought EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition from Origin on September 27...and since then I can't enter the menu at all because it gives me this error

What can I do at EA FC24, the EA servers work very well....☹️😠

Okay, so FC Hub can only be unlocked by playing games on the Ultimate Team in FC25. If you encounter an error blocking access to Ultimate Team, try creating a new squad from the companion app or the web app. Set the new squad as your main squad to see if that allows you to proceed in the game. 

I did that its dont work

Can you create a new profile (or use a different one if you have one already) on your console and launch the game to see if you can connect online?

Additionally, please let me know if you have the option to test your account on a different PC to see if you experience the same issue when opening Ultimate Team in the game.

I have no friends to try on another computer...

I understand that your email is fine, but could you try changing it to a different email address? After that, please check your account again to see if you can log in to Ultimate Team in the game and play some matches online. 

Additionally, when you created a new squad using the web app or the companion app, did you make sure to use all different players and tactics?
