EA please reset server of EAFC25

the game is unplayable is freeze and speed up all the time now is happen for 3days in row can you shut down servers and reset for love of god impossible to play game on this and is not me connection issue i have 1000/1000mb is was not problem until Saturday start to be freeze game and start fast forward
