Game requesting upgrade
Hi, I have the disc version of the game, which worked fine since November. Now when loading no games are available and it requests an upgrade. I contacted Xbox but they suggest it’s a game provider issue

Hey jakeyevie16 Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error message that you see in the game? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game if it's not launching correctly?
Hi sorry for the delay. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve also tried a remote reinstall. There isn’t an error message, rather the game loads to a screen with club news, upgrade etc on it but there is no link to ultimate teams etc, which I had and was playing previously

Can you please check the the game and make sure if you haven't accidentally installed the
EA SPORTS FC™ 25 SHOWCASE on your console? This would explain why you don't have all the game modes, but the option to upgrade is showing.
